I'm a Lead Product Designer with over 10 years of experience designing and shipping digital products at startups and scale-ups. As a founding designer at multiple early-stage companies, I have taken products from 0 to 1, built and scaled design systems, and led high-impact design teams.

Whether evolving internal tools or launching new customer-facing features, I bring a hands-on approach to design leadership, balancing mentorship with execution. I work closely with product, marketing and engineering to align teams, move fast, and build things that truly matter.

I am a passionate problem solver with expertise in scaling products across fintech, telecom, delivery, and startups. Throughout my career, I've seamlessly aligned design with business goals to drive growth, enhance user engagement, and foster innovation.

Currently, I lead design at bp’s startup, Dynamo, where I focus on creating B2B SAAS software that help frontline workers stay safe and efficient. Prior to this, I led payments design at Deel, where I also built and managed design squads, and helped scale the design team at Fenix. In each of these roles, my focus has been on solving real problems for users, building strong design systems, and empowering teams to deliver their best work.

Led the design of a SaaS solution at Dynamo that saved frontline workers 5+ hours weekly, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Deel

Played a key role in Deel’s expansion in $12+ billion valuation, helping grow the payments squads from 3 to 5 to support rapid scaling. Introduced Deel card to optimise the way contractors' get paid.

Fenix

Grew the design team at Fenix from 1 to 5, leading design strategy and execution. Played a key role in launching a 10-minute grocery delivery service and contributed to securing $20 million in funding as part of the leadership team.

Delivery hero - Talabat

Optimised the menu experience at Talabat, reducing item selection time by 45 seconds, which contributed millions in additional revenue. Talabat's $2 billion IPO was the largest in the (GCC) region.
